Up to now, the company has accumulated the production of several stainless steel reaction tanks for foreign customers, which are in good service condition. Stainless steel glass-lined equipment is enameled with 304, 304L, 316 and 316L as base materials. Since stainless steel itself is not easy to oxidize, it is difficult to form effective adhesion with enamel glaze, which easily leads to porcelain explosion, especially at the edge parts. Therefore, the technical difficulty is very high. After years of efforts, the company has finally overcome this problem. Stainless steel reaction tanks can meet the requirements of GMP certification in the pharmaceutical industry, and can be applied in ultra-low temperature conditions (-70℃) to replace expensive zirconium materials, thus saving resources.
